Project Description:
The project consists of site planning and design of a new Student Services and Administration Building at Cerritos College. With this complex, a new ‘front door’ to campus is created where students and visitors are welcomed. The building will accommodate Student Services and Activities, Administration, the Cerritos College Foundation, Public Affairs, a Coffee House, and the Campus Bookstore. This new facility will consolidate support services in a single location improving access for prospective, new, and returning students as they either begin or continue their journey at Cerritos College. Additionally, this facility brings Administration under one roof promoting increased collaboration, efficiency, and ease of access to the community they serve.
