Fountain Square Development West

Project size:

80,000 SF / 3.37 acres

This design consists of a two-story “H” shaped building designed for assisted living services. Resident common areas for dining and socializing, facilities for fitness, physical therapy and wellness activities, as well as common use gardens, patios and sitting areas. Staff areas include administrative offices, commercial kitchen and laundry.
Landscape plantings consist of low-maintenance / low water species which are either Southern California native and / or drought tolerant ornamentals.
