This fully integrated 55+ senior living residence offers independent, assisted living and memory care services with a focus on a personalized, resort level lifestyle. Once a resident has selected their room they can stay in the same room throughout their life with services brought directly to them.
Vivante is fully licensed by California’s Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. The facility is designed and constructed to allow for non-ambulatory residents to live on all floors, including a dedicated Memory Care group. The building is on a brownfield in-fill site, which required full remediation before construction could start.
