Project Description:
Marshall Elementary School locat4ed in San Diego, CA serves approximately 40 students in grades K-5. Architectural services include a whole Site Modernization, new 23,000 SF Classroom Building with Special Ed and Kindergarten classrooms, renovation of existing classroom buildings with new interior finishes & Casework, renovation of existing kitchen facilities to encompass a larger space, with new equipment & finishes. Design services also include modernizing the existing Administration building for higher efficiency and organization. Existing classroom portables will be removed to support larger parking & vehicular circulation to maximize staff parking stalls & increase visitor/parent drop-off spaces.
