Project Description:
Sunrise of Long Beach will be an 86-unit senior housing community designed with a nod to Spanish style architecture. The light-colored plaster, clay colored roof pitches and deep shadow lines created by dark window and door fenestration will bring this unique and needed housing development to East Long Beach. The community will provide both assisted living and memory care levels of support to its residents in a new, safe and modern environment. The building will provide a host of resident amenities including entertainment, activities, multiple dining spaces, physical therapy, salon, living and family gathering spaces. In addition, four secure outdoor spaces are being provided for residents to experience and interact with nature and enjoy the year around pleasant climate of southern California.
