Sunrise of Oceanside will be a 90 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This two-story, wood frame building of approximately 78,000 SF, includes a fenced memory care garden at the rear of the building, and a central courtyard for assisted living residents, with surface parking. Most common area amenities are located on the first floor; including a grand foyer, parlor, bistro, dining, entertainment, wet activities and a bathtique. In addition, the second floor will have a wellness center, salon and second bathtique. Memory Care is split between the first and second floors, with 21 resident units on each floor. Each Memory Care area has its own living and dining rooms, as well as an activity room and reflection room.
