Richard serves as our Director of Business Development | Education. He is responsible for leading HPI’s business development efforts in the K-12, Community College, and Higher Education markets, including Student and Workforce Housing. In addition to leading the pursuit of individual clients and projects, he develops strategic plans focused on sustaining and growing HPI’s presence and position in each of these markets.

Richard’s education and experience includes work in both the development and entertainment industries, a BA in Economics from NYU, and an MBA from USC.
