As Director | Technical, Wahid drives innovation and excellence within our construction administration and technical teams. He plays a key role in the development of many of our construction documentation initiatives, providing innovative solutions in Senior Housing, and ensuring that HPI is aligned with the client’s expectations. Wahid has more than 35 years of experience, much of which is focused on multi-residential, mixed-use, and student housing. He has extensive technical skills and expertise in building codes, accessibility, quality control, quality assurance (QA/QC), and specification writing as well as construction administration.
