Since 1996, HPI Architecture continues to serve Sunrise Senior Living by designing and building more than 28 facilities throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Projects range from 40 to 150 units in both urban and rural environments, featuring congregate style living, shared food service and recreational spaces.

HPI provides services that encompass initial site capacity studies, entitlement support and full architectural design services including construction supervision. Because the projects are located in differing environments, the architectural styles varied from traditional to craftsman and from mission revival to modern.

The project program requirements are also diversified, from small memory care stand-alone facilities to large projects that provide assisted living, multi-levels of memory care and independent living. Locations include, but are not limited to: Mission Viejo, Pacific Palisades, Huntington Beach, Playa Vista, San Gabriel, Hermosa Beach, Sandy, Utah and Scottsdale, Arizona.
